Yep... These are the few words that describes what has been happening in my life since my birthday... the time in KL was fantastic, it was great fun to hang out with my team there with nice KL colleagues to bring us around, stay in posh hotel.. with everything paid for.. That's life.. WooHoo.. I have my pictures ready in my camera but I think i can only upload them at home due to the office firewall.. BUT then again, I must see if I have time to do so.. nowadays work has to be done during weekends as well....
But it is a totally different story when I came back Singapore.... As some of you might know I've changed job role liao, so there is the learning curve that I need to overcome and to juggle both my job roles as well as my IBM club role has been frustrating for me but thank god there has been help here and there from my colleagues... But then you might think, since you have help from so many people, why is it frustrating. Well, it is all because of a particular dimwit that join my team a couple of months back.
She (yes, she is a female), came to our team with this air that she is very knowledgeable and have been in the audit line for several years now, complain about her pay being meagre, and that with her experience she is only given a contract role,instead of a regular. Well, initially I had given her my due respect because of what she managed to protray herself as. But honestly, when you have no ability whatsoever, no matter how you protray yourself, it is useless. As the Hokkien saying goes, "Kiang ju hor, Mai Kei Kiang".
Not only is she a cock, she is dim-witted and fucked up. I shall not go into details as per how dim and fucked up she can be. Here's an example: I spent my weekend replying her emails to get all of the FAs to verify why is her entry wrong. I mean if she don't understand what is happening that is fine. All, I repeat, all the FAs actually took time off to reply her and explain to her why they are wrong. As such, you might think this person would bother to read and try to understand what went wrong. Instead, she is insistent that I meet up with her to explain to her face-to-face. (I would have punch you, if you are not a female already.) So fine, met up with her, explain the whole scenario to her that she should be doing this instead of the whole chunk of email that she had sent to me. But BLOODY dimwit here is fucking insistent that I pulled all my entries for her so that she can do her stewpit YTD. Come on lar, the situation here is that we understand the situation better than her and she is insistent to do her way... Take this example and times it by 20 times...
This is how fucked up and frustrating the dimwit is.
That's workwise.. The forsaken part comes from the people around me..but to cut it short and sweet.. I just found out that a friend from floorball is done with leukemia.. I haven't been around to visit yet.. She is a decent girl, exercises often, young at 23 but she is down with such disease, it feel as though the world has forsaken her all of a sudden... this is saddening but thank god she is a supportive group of friends and family who are there for her.
Apart from that, my ex has gone back to her old ways, back to her old path. I just heard about it from Feli over dinner.. this is so fucked up, it is because of our breakup which left her frustrated and forsaken that she went back down the road again or it is because a leopard can never changes her spots... Sigh.. I am disappointed but then again it is ultimately my fault i guess... it is ultimately inevitable.
